The Create & Elevate
coaching journey is:
- A 3-months bespoke coaching journey for women and those that identify as female, femme or non-binary who are eager to grow professionally and personally.
- We will use powerful evidence-based tools such as positive psychology, emotional freedom technique, hypnosis and so much more to create powerful shifts in your subconscious mind so that you experience liberation and inner joy.

What's Included:
Initial clarity session
Our partnership begins with a 90-min session where we dive into your goals, hurdles and where you are right now. We’ll let your heart be your compass, your mind your map and your soul your guide.
3 months container
Our time together consists of three months (able to extend ofc). We will have 6 x 90min, bi-weekly, virtual calls where each session will consist of deep talks and powerful coaching tools to unlock the magic within.
Bespoke Resources
Depending on your desired outcome, you’ll experience personalised coaching exercises, ‘homework’ in-between sessions and further resources to deepen your exploration of your mind, beliefs and goals so that you achieve the transformation you seek.
Support & Accountability
Listen, I get it! The time after a coaching session can at times feel draining as there are new habits and beliefs to establish. But don’t worry, I got you! In between our sessions, you’ll get support via email/Voxer. I’ll be supporting you all the way.
