Discovery
I usually begin with a round of conversational interviews and a session with leaders to understand the challenges you face. This may be followed by workshops or skill sharing to uncover what needs to shift – and why – to live, work, relate and play from a place of engagement and compassion.
Strategy
After writing up what I’m hearing and seeing, I produce white papers, and other materials to help express your strategy. I also prefer to work in micro-dose sessions, where I join existing meetings, offsites and gatherings. There is only so much a workbook or workshop can do. It’s all in the action.
