Engagement Process
The unique nature of each team means no project is ever the same. This is where my collaborative approach excels to help you reach your goals in the way that suits your organisation.
Discovery
I usually begin with a round of conversational interviews and a session with leaders to understand the challenges you face. This may be followed by workshops or skill sharing to uncover what needs to shift – and why – to live, work, relate and play from a place of engagement and compassion.
Strategy
After writing up what I’m hearing and seeing, I produce white papers, and other materials to help express your strategy. I also prefer to work in micro-dose sessions, where I join existing meetings, offsites and gatherings. There is only so much a workbook or workshop can do. It’s all in the action.
